Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has initiated recruitment for Jr. Assistant cum Computer Assistant. The examinations will be in offline mode. There are 670 vacancies for Assistant Engineer posts. The exam date is not available yet but soon will be announced on the official website and candidates are requested to keep checking. The education qualifications required for the post of Jr. Assistant is a bachelor’s degree in any subject from any recognized university and must have passed the Computer Proficiency Test conducted by their respective district collector.
The age criteria are like this: the minimum age is of 18 years and the maximum age is of 42 years as of 1.7.2021. Age relaxations are applicable based on government norms.
The exam will be taken in English and Telegu. There will be two stages in the examination, the screening exam and the main exam. The screening exam will have two sections, the first one being General studies and mental ability of 100 marks, the other being General English and General Telegu of 25 marks each. The exam will thus be of 150 marks.
APPSC Junior Assistant Admit Card Details
The APPSC board will not send the candidate’s admit card to the postal address of the candidate. Thus, the candidate will have to visit the official website and download the admit card from there online. The candidates should take a printout of the APPSC admit card on A4 size paper.
Along with the admit card, the candidate has to bring a Valid Photo ID card. Also, a recent passport size photo should be affixed in the given space on the admit card. A thumb impression should be pasted in the presence of exam invigilator only.
A candidate can bring any of these documents to the examination centre to show as a valid photo ID.

The candidate has to bring the photo ID’s original document and a photocopy. The examination invigilator will ask for the candidate’s photo ID and Admit Card to verify a candidate’s legitimacy.

- Find the Jr. Assistant admit card link on the home page.
- Click/tap on the Admit Card link.
- Login with Registration ID and other required data.
- Check/Verify the entered details and submit.
- Download your admit card.
- Take a printout of it for further reference.
