State Level Police Recruitment Board of Assam is going to conduct the Physical Test (Phase 1 Test) for the Forester Recruitment in February/March 2023. The SLPRB Assam Forester Recruitment was announced in May 2023. The Board will soon announce the First Phase Schedule for SLPRB Forester Exam on the official website. Also, the board will release SLPRB Assam Forester Admit Card 2023 on the same web portal.
SLPRB Assam Forester Recruitment Detail: Recruitment Notification for Forester posts was announced in May 2023. The Recruitment is taking place for a total of 1081 vacancies including 144 Posts of Foresters along with other designations like Forest Guards, Driver, Surveyor and other posts.

Candidates do need to obtain the SLPRB Assam Forester Admit Card to appear in the Physical Test (First phase Test). To enter the physical test ground, candidates need to produce Assam Forester Call Letter.
Assam Forester Selection Procedure
The selection of the Foresters will be decided after the completion of two-phased tests.
First Phase Test: In the first phase, the candidates will appear for the Physical Test. Board will organize a Physical Fitness Test comprising of 26 KMs (for Males) and 16 KMs (for Females) walk. The distance to be covered within 4 (four) hours. The candidates who qualify this test will be eligible for the Second Phase Test.
Second Phase Test: In the second phase, a Written Test for the qualified candidates will be organized. The candidates will need to get the Assam Forester Admit Card for the written exam separately. The test will comprise of 100 objective type questions. Examinees will get 2 hours to complete the written test.

The candidates do need to download the Assam Forester Admit Card online as the examination board will not send the call letter by post. Therefore, the candidates are advised to visit the board’s website to get their respective admit card downloaded.
Furthermore, candidates should check if the information printed on the Assam Forester Call Letter is correct in all manners and resembles them only.
Along with Assam Forester Hall Ticket, candidates must produce a photo ID card in original in the exam hall. An admit card is an entry ticket to the exam and it contains information regarding particulars.
