The TET20 Exam for Teacher Eligibility Test has been conducted by the Chhattisgarh Vyapam Board. In March 2020 the TET20 exam was scheduled to be held as the decision was taken in late 2019. Due to the immediate lockdown over the country, the Vyapam Board took the step to postpone the examination. Moreover, the board finalized to hold the exam in January 2022 on 09 after two years. The exam was conducted in 2 levels under the guidelines of COVID-19 by the central government.
The examination centers will be organized in all main district headquarters. For TET20 it has been reported that over 1 lakh candidates have registered for the exam. To get into the profession of teaching candidates must attend the exam to fulfill the basic eligibility criteria which must be held by the state education board for the teacher eligibility test.
