Department of Forest and Wildlife, Delhi has completed the online examinations for recruitment into Forest Guard posts at a number of exam centres across the country. The online examination was conducted from March 1 to March 7, 2021. The Board of recruitment had arranged for 42 examination centres for the Computer Based Test which was due for a long time, delayed because of COVID.
About the Delhi Forest Guard Exam 2022
The recruitment for the Forestry Department was released in 2019. There are 211 vacancies for the Forest Guard posts, and the exam was scheduled to take place in April of 2020 after the forester exam. But the two waves of COVID-19 pandemic compelled the department to postpone the exam at that time.

Now that the Forest Guard recruitment exam is over, the candidates are patiently waiting to see their results. The candidates must be looking for the date of announcement of the result.
The recruitment board will release the Delhi Forest Guard in October or November 2021. Marks secured by candidates will be also be visible on the online portal. Candidates who score above a particular cut-off in the computer-based test will then have to take part in the Physical Test.
For the Physical Test of Delhi Forest Guard, candidates will have to complete a 25-kilometre run which needs to be completed in 4 hours. Candidates who qualify in the physical test will then have to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate, which needs to be certified by the concerned Medical Officer of their area.

A cut off is the minimum marks that candidates at least need to score to qualify for this phase of the recruitment process and become eligible for the subsequent phases of the recruitment process. The cut off list is given below:

Scheduled Caste: 103 marks
Scheduled Tribe: 98 marks
Other Backward Classes: 107 marks
Economically Weaker Section: 104 marks
