JJA Cut off Score (Expected)
At first, the applicants must understand the concept of cut off score or cut off marks. A cutoff score is a criterion to decide the minimum obtaining marks for candidates to secure a place for the next phase. In most of the cases, the board announces the cut-off score before the examinations. But in some cases, the board decides the cut-off marks during the result preparations.
There are a lot of elements that affect the Cut-Off Marks. The very first is competition. When there are fewer seats available to be filled and candidates are in multiple numbers, then the cut-off always goes higher.
The Board will announce the Cut off Score along with the result so the candidates can verify if they achieved required marks or not.
