HPSSSB JOA Exam Date 2021 update: The screening Test Date for JOA has been announced. Written exam for Junior Office Assistant (IT) will be conducted on 21 March 2021.
Important Update 03 March: Roll Number and Exam centres have been allotted for the exam scheduled for 21 March. Please use the method available below to check Roll Numbers and Exam Centres. HPSSC Junior Office Assistant Admit Card Download Details/ Process
Application Verification: At the very first stage, the exam board will validate the applications received online. The board will intimate the candidates who have discrepancies in their applications. The board will also release the rejection list of the candidates along with the reason for the rejection.
HPSSC Junior Office Assistant Admit Card allotment: After that, the board will allot the admit card the candidates and candidates will be able to download the Admit Card by logging in to the official website. The Admit Card download link is activated at least 10 days prior to the examination date.
General Instructions Regarding Junior Office Assistant Admit Card (JOA Admit Card)
HPSSSB Junior Office Assistant Admit Card 2021: The board will not send the admit cards to the postal address of the candidates. Thus, the candidates have to visit the official website and download the admit card online. The candidates should take a printout of the admit card on A4 size paper.
Along with the admit card, the candidates must bring a Valid Photo ID card. Also, a recent passport size photo should be affixed in the given space on the admit card. The thumb impression should be pasted in the presence of an exam invigilator only.
A candidate can bring any of the documents written below to the exam hall to show as a valid photo ID.

Paper Pattern and Syllabus of HPSSC Jr Office Assistant Exam
Written Test: The Written Objective type Screening test of two hours duration will consist of 170 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of ½ marks. The skill tests wherever applicable will be of qualifying nature for those who qualify for the Written Objective type Screening Test.
Objective type screening test consisting of 170 Multiple Choice Questions from:-
- i) Syllabus relating to Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology (IT)/ Information Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES)/Information Practices (IP) prescribed as an essential qualification(s) in the R&P Rules and as notified in the advertisement. =120 Questions
- ii) General Knowledge including General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Logic, Social Science, General English & General Hindi of Matric standard = 50 questions
