Himachal Pradesh University has recently announced a recruitment for Panchayat Secretary posts (contractual) in the state. The last date to fill up the application form is 31/01/2021. The recruitment board will finalize the selection of candidates on these posts on the basis of written tests and skill tests. The authority is expected to conduct the written exam in March-April 2021. The HP Panchayat Secretary Admit Card will be released about 15 days before the exam date.
The HP Panchayat Secretary recruitment is initiated for filling up 239 vacant posts. Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts till the last date which is 31st January 2021. The recruitment is called for the contract-based vacancy.
HP Panchayat Secretary Exam Date & Admit Card Release Date – The board will tentatively organize a written exam for the Panchayat Secretary posts in March-April month. HP Panchayat Secretary Exam Date is not released yet. We will make an update with the exam date as and when it is released officially. Himachal Pradesh Panchayat Secretary Admit Card Details – General Instructions
Admit Card is a mandatory document as it will consist of details like the candidate’s name, registration number, photograph etc it. The candidates will get exam roll number, examination centre details and exam timings etc on the HP Panchayat Secretary Admit Card print.
As per the official information, candidates are prohibited to bring electronic gadgets like a smartwatch, calculator or any other electronic item in the exam.
Furthermore, the candidates are referred to bring two coloured passport size photographs and a photo identity proof along with the HP Panchayat Secretary Call Letter print. The candidates without HP Panchayat Secretary Admission Ticket and photo id card shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
