The MP NHM Community Health Officer recruitment was announced in February 2021. Eligible and desirous candidates were able to submit the online applications from 02 February to 17 February 2021. MP NHM Community Health Officer (CHO) Admit Card Details – Instructions
The MP NHM CHO Admit Card will be released online on or after 15 March 2021 on the official website. The admit card will comprise of details like candidate’s name, date of birth, photograph, etc. The candidates are advised to check the candidate’s name spelling, date of birth etc properly. If there is an error or mistake, contact the exam authority before the exam date.
Aspirants must produce a valid photo identity proof along with the MP NHM CHO Admit Card print to the invigilator. Cadndiaets without admit card and identity card shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre. A valid photo identity proof may be-
