Applications are invited for various Group A & Group B services. There are a total of 329 vacancies for Odisha Civil Services Exam 2020-2021. The online registration link is open for prospective candidates from 12/01/2021 to 11/02/2021 respectively.

The candidates who applied for the OPSC Civil Services Exam will go through the various successive stages. The OPSC OCS Exam will be conducted in offline mode only. The candidates must take the Odisha Civil Services Admit Card from the official website to appear in the exam. Odisha Civil Services / OAS Written Examination Scheme
The Civil Services Examination will consist of the following three successive stages.
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions)
- Main Examination
- Personality Test or Interview
OPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam Details
The Odisha OCS Prelims Exam shall consist of two papers having objective type multiple-choice questions. Time duration for each paper shall be of two hours. Each paper shall carry 200 marks.
The Paper-II (General Studies) in OCS Exam will be a qualifying paper. The candidates need to secure a minimum of 33% marks in this exam so as to evaluate the preliminary examination.
OPSC Civil Services Main Examination Details
The OPSC OCS Main Exam shall consist of following papers and time duration for all the papers shall be three hours. Total marks for these papers will be 1400.
- Paper 1 – Odia Language – 300 marks
- Paper 2 – General English – 300 marks
- Paper 3 – English Essay – 200 marks
- Paper 4 – General Studies 1 – 300 marks
- Paper 5 – General Studies 2 – 300 marks
Odisha Civil Services / OAS Admit Card Details
The Odisha Civil Services Admit Card will obtain candidate’s name, registration number, photograph etc printed on it. Also, the candidates will get OCS Exam Roll Number, Exam centre name/exam time on the OCS Call Letter.
The commission will release the Odisha Civil Services Admit Card in online mode only. Call Letters will be released on the commission’s website 15 days before the exam. The candidates can download the OPSC OCS OAS Call Letter by using the application registration number and password/date of birth.
In addition, the candidates must bring two passport-sized colour photos and a valid photo identity proof with them at the time of exam. In failing to do so, the candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
