Educational Requirements for PNB Specialist Officer (SO)
1. Manager (Credit) in MMGS-II
Aspirants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% score in total along with PGDM in finance or MBA in finance for two years minimum or must be a CFA/CA/ICWA.
2. Manager (Risk Management) in MMGS-II
Candidate must be a Graduate in any preferred discipline with 60% marks along with a PG diploma in financial services and banking by NIBM Pune, PGDM in finance or MBA in Finance, Masters in Finance and Control (MFC), Certification in Financial Risk Management, Masters in Financial Management (MFM), Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute, Masters in Statistics or Mathematics, 60% score in Economics or CFA/CA/lCWA.
3. Senior Manager (Treasury) in MMGS-III
Bachelor’s degree in any preferred discipline with 60% score in total with PGDM in finance or MBA in field of finance or should have qualified CFA/CA/ICWA.
Work Experience Requirements for PNB SO Exam 2022
For Manager (Credit), the candidate must have one year of experience in the private sector or National NBFC, Bank, Financial institution, PSU, or credit rating agency as an officer in the field of finance/credit.
For Manager (Risk Management), the aspirant should have a minimum experience of 1 year in Private Or National sector Financial Institution, Bank, NBFC, and PSU as an officer in the field of Forex, Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Credit.
For Senior Manager (Treasury) post, aspirants should have experience of a minimum of three years in banking as an officer cadre along with two years as a Treasury officer in a private or National sector Bank/ or as a primary dealer for three years minimum.
