The State Bank of India has launched the SBI Pension Seva Portal with the sole aim of providing Online Pensioner Services to pensioners and old aged customers having SBI pension. The SBI Pension Seva Portal will assist SBI pensioners in providing all the details and information such as details about your pension account and slips related to the customer’s pension. These details can be obtained by the pensioners by logging into the SBI Pension Seva portal online.
The official website of the SBI Pension Seva Portal is www.pensionseva.sbi. Also, the date to submit the life certificate for the pension was in November 2021.

How to register on the SBI Pension Seva Portal online.
- From any web browser search for the SBI Pension Seva Portal.
- Search and click on the link for the New User Registration option on the homepage.
- The required registration form will be opened on the desktop screen.
- Carefully enter the account number which is linked to the pension account.
- Enter the pensioner date of birth.
- Verify the OTP which will be sent to the registered email id and mobile number.
- The user will now have to create a user-id as per the specified format.
- Create a new password for the user-id as per the specified format.
- Submit the form.
- Now the user will be able to login into the account by providing user-id and password created by the user.
- The user should also remember that the user account may be locked after three unsuccessful login attempts.

- From any web browser search for the SBI Pension Seva Portal.
- Search and click on the link for the sign-in button option on the homepage.
- Now enter all the relevant details in the login form.
- Click on the login option below the form.
- The user will now be logged in to the account.
- The user should also remember that the user account may be locked after three unsuccessful login attempts.
Forgot Password.
In case the user forgets the user-id account password, the password can be reset by answering the security question provided by the portal or by providing a registered mobile number or email id to which the link for the reset password will be sent. After clicking on the link, the user will be able to reset the password.
Forgot the User ID.
In case the user forgets the user-id of the account, then the user can enter his/her valid pension account number and date of birth, then OTP will be sent to the user registered mobile number or email-id, after verifying the user-id will be sent to the user registered mobile number or email id.
Download SBI Pension Slip.
For downloading the SBI pension slip, the user can log in to his/her account with the help of the user-id/name and password. The pension slip will consist of details of the user like pension payment etc.

Steps to submit life certificate online.
The life certificate of the pensioners must be submitted in November to receive the pension annually. The life certificates can be submitted to the nearby bank branches or even online by visiting the portal. Users can submit their life certificates in 4 ways.

- Online submission through the UMANG application.
- Visiting Aadhaar Seva Kendra or Citizen Service Centres.
